What We Collect

We collect your email address (when you subscribe or purchase), your name (when you purchase), and payment information (processed securely through SendOwl and Stripe—we do not store your card details).

What We Don't Collect

Body composition data you input into our website calculators is processed in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored by us. We also do not collect or have access to conversations or data you share with the Run Your Plate Strategist GPT.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver your purchase (guidebook, Strategist access, Command Center), to send updates, strategy drops, and occasional product announcements (no more than 1–2 emails per month unless you've purchased, in which case you'll receive product-related emails), and to improve our tools and content.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We do not spam you. We do not share your data with anyone outside of essential service providers (email platform, payment processor).

Third-Party Tools

We use SendOwl (payments), Stripe (payment processing), Mailchimp (email), and Wix (website hosting) to operate. These services have their own privacy policies.

Your Strategist Conversations

The Run Your Plate Strategist is a custom GPT built on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. Any data you share with the Strategist is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy. We do not have access to your conversations or any data you upload to the Strategist unless you share it with us directly.

Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from emails anytime (link in every email). If you want your data deleted, email Amira@HolisticHottie.com, and we'll handle it.
